The 2019-2020 District 3B Scholarship Application is now available, due by May 30, 2019.

The scholarship is intended to be used at a Maryland undergraduate, graduate, technical or career
school during the 2019-2020 academic year, can be used for undergraduate, graduate, or qualifying
career studies and training. There may be circumstances the scholarship may be used at an institution
outside of Maryland, however specific requirements establishing a unique major status must be met.
To be considered complete, you must include:
1. This application
2. A copy of your transcript
3. An essay of no more than 1000 words that addresses the following questions:
What are your career goals and how do you plan on achieving them? What steps do you plan to take to
reach those goals, and how will your studies, and other activities, allow you to reach those goals? What
motivates you to complete that plan, overcome setbacks, adapt, and ultimately reach your goals?
4. Optional: 1 letter of reference
